Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility of the return based on our freshness standards.
Approval & Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost for valid quality-related concerns.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving the item back at our farm, we will either ship a fresh replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method.
